The short version: an honest conversation before we start

We have prepared this page to help you feel confident and comfortable as you begin working with us. Here, in simple, human terms, we explain our key principles and philosophy. We want you to understand not only what we do, but why we do it this way.

All the details, nuances, limitations, and legally binding terms of our relationship are set out in the official documents. They are the foundation of our collaboration, protecting both you and us. We strongly recommend you read them to avoid any misunderstandings in the future.

We created our platform not just as another service, but as a reliable and intuitive tool for your social media projects. Our primary goal is to ensure your convenience and foster a successful, long-term partnership. We believe that the best businesses are built on trust and transparency. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we adhere to a few clear principles.

1. Our Partnership: Working Honestly and Openly

We see you not just as a client, but as a partner in achieving your goals.

  • What we do and how it works (the “AS IS” principle): Imagine our Service as a huge hypermarket for SMM services. We continually search, test, and select the best providers from around the world, so you can find everything you need in one place. We guarantee that we will process your Order exactly as described and pass it on for execution. However, the world of social media is volatile and unpredictable. Platform algorithms are constantly changing, which can lead to drops. This is precisely why our official Terms of Service (ToS) enshrine the “AS IS” principle. This means we cannot guarantee the permanent stability or quality of the result, as it depends on third parties. Think of it like the weather: we provide you with the best navigation tools, but we cannot control the storm. For services where the risk of drops is higher, we often offer a “Refill” option to give you even more confidence. (More details in ToS, Section 2)
  • Fair and equal terms for all: To keep our Service fair and stable for the entire community, we ask each User to create only one Account. This is not just a formality, but an important rule that helps us prevent abuse of bonus programs and maintain Order. We understand that professionals—agencies and resellers—have special needs for managing projects for different clients. For you, we offer special conditions that enable you to create multiple accounts, allowing you to segment your budgets. 2. Transparent Finances: Simple and Clear

We want you always to have full control over your finances and know exactly how everything works.

  • Your balance is your money: The funds in your balance are a prepayment for future orders. We treat them with respect. If your plans change, you can always request a refund of unused funds within 14 business days of depositing. If an order is cancelled on our end (for example, due to a technical impossibility), the money is immediately and automatically returned to your balance. It becomes instantly available for new orders or for withdrawal. No “frozen” funds, hidden fees, or complicated procedures. (More details in Refund Policy, Sections 2 and 3)
  • Quickly resolving issues: why support is the only right way: If you have any questions about a payment, the best and fastest way to resolve it is to write to our support team through the ticket system. Our team is focused on helping you. We want to be completely honest: initiating a payment reversal (a chargeback) with your bank without first trying to resolve the issue with us is not just a long and complicated procedure. In our official Terms of Service, it is considered a material breach of our Agreement , which, unfortunately, results in the immediate termination of the Account and forfeiture of all funds in the balance. We introduced this rule to protect against fraud. We are confident that we can resolve any of your issues in a direct conversation much faster and without such extreme measures. 3. Your Zone of Creativity and Responsibility

We provide you with a powerful tool, and you are the creator who decides how to use it.

  • For your ideas and projects (but within the rules): Our Service is designed to bring your creative and marketing tasks to life. We trust you to choose your content, but this trust is based on the strict rules outlined in our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). This is not just a “guideline,” but a list of strict prohibitions that cannot be breached. Promoting any content related to fraud, hatred, violence, or any other illegal activity will lead to the immediate termination of the Account and loss of funds. We take the security of our platform and the entire internet community very seriously. (More details in the Acceptable Use Policy)
  • Following the rules is a shared responsibility: We operate in a global digital environment. Each social network is like a separate country with its own laws and rules. We provide you with the tools to work in these “countries,” but we count on you to respect their rules to ensure the long-term health of your accounts. Likewise, we trust that you will use our Service in full compliance with the laws of your country. This is your sole responsibility, which makes our partnership possible. 4. Shared Security: Protecting Your Account

Your security is our top priority. We approach it as a joint effort.

  • Protecting access is our common goal: We build the “fortress”—our servers and systems are securely protected. However, the key to the gate of this fortress—your password—is in your hands. Please use a strong and unique password, do not share it with anyone, and refrain from reusing passwords from other sites. This is the most effective and straightforward way to protect your balance and data. The security of your Account is our shared effort. (More details in ToS, Section 3.2)
  • Confidentiality is our promise: We take your data very seriously. Our principle is to collect the minimum information necessary for the Service to function. We will never sell or share your data with third parties without a compelling legal reason. We do not track your activity on other sites.
