Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated on: August 29, 2025
1. INTRODUCTION AND BINDING NATURE OF THE POLICY
1.1. Status of the document. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP", "Policy") is an integral and legally binding part of our Terms of Service. By accepting the Terms of Service, you unconditionally agree to comply with all provisions of this Policy. Any breach of this Policy is considered a direct breach of the Terms of Service and will result in the immediate application of the enforcement measures described in Section 4.
1.2. Purpose. The purpose of this Policy is to protect the integrity, security, and reputation of our Service, its technological infrastructure, our users, and affected third parties from any form of abuse. We strive to maintain an environment free from unlawful, malicious, and unethical activities. This Policy serves as the foundation for achieving this goal.
1.3. Zero-Tolerance Principle and the "Spirit of the Policy". We adhere to a principle of zero tolerance for any breach of this Policy. By using our Service, you acknowledge your full and sole responsibility for ensuring that your actions and the content you interact with through the Service comply not only with the letter but also with the spirit of this Policy. This means that even if an action is not formally listed as prohibited, but its purpose or result is malicious, unfair, or intended to circumvent restrictions, we reserve the right to consider it a breach of our terms. Attempts to find "loopholes" in the rules will be treated as a wilful breach.
1.4. Exclusive Right of Interpretation and User's Obligation. Any doubt or ambiguity in the interpretation of the provisions of this Policy will be resolved at our sole discretion and in favour of ensuring maximum security. Ignorance of these rules does not exempt one from liability or mitigate the consequences of their breach. It is your obligation to familiarise yourself with these rules before using the Service and to check for updates regularly. You bear a proactive responsibility for understanding and complying with these norms.
2. CATEGORIES OF PROHIBITED CONTENT
You are strictly and without exception prohibited from using our Service to interact with content that falls into any of the following categories. This list is illustrative but not exhaustive.
2.1. Illegal Activity and Serious Crimes:
- Any materials directly or indirectly related to terrorism or extremist organisations.
- Propaganda, instructions, or schemes for creating weapons, explosives, or narcotics.
- Human trafficking and any form of sexual exploitation.
- Materials related to the exploitation and abuse of minors (Child Sexual Abuse Material - CSAM), including AI-generated content. This breach will result in immediate termination and will be reported to law enforcement authorities.
- The sale of stolen goods, trafficking in human organs, or illegal wildlife trade.
2.2. Hate, Discrimination, and Harassment:
- Direct or veiled incitement to violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, serious medical conditions, disability, or veteran status.
- Targeted harassment, doxing (disclosing personal information without consent), cyberbullying, incitement to suicide or self-harm.
- Creating and distributing content for humiliating or mocking victims of tragedy and violence.
- Glorification of historical tragedies, genocides, or individuals who have committed crimes against humanity.
2.3. Violation of Personal Rights:
- Distribution of personal photographs, videos, and data without the explicit consent of the person depicted (violation of the right to privacy).
2.4. Disinformation and Manipulation of Public Opinion:
- Dissemination of knowingly false information that could harm public health, public safety, or the operation of critical infrastructure (e.g., fake news about pandemics, terrorist attacks, anti-vaccination propaganda).
- Creation and promotion of fake news websites, deepfakes, and other manipulative content, including coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
2.5. Strictly Prohibited Adult Content. This clause establishes an absolute prohibition on the most dangerous and illegal forms of adult content. It is forbidden to use the Service to interact with content that:
- Depicts, simulates, or promotes sexual violence, rape, incest, bestiality, or other illegal and non-consensual sexual acts.
- Constitutes "Revenge Porn"—the distribution of intimate content without the explicit, verifiable, and unrevoked consent of all individuals depicted therein.
2.6. Special Conditions for the Promotion of Legal Adult Content. The Company acknowledges the existence of a legal adult content industry, created by consenting adults. The promotion of such content is permitted EXCLUSIVELY upon strict compliance with ALL of the following conditions:
- a) Legality and Consent: All promoted content must be fully legal in the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom and its country of origin, and created with the full, verifiable, and unrevoked consent of all participants. The content must not contain any of the elements listed in Sections 2.1 - 2.5 of this Policy.
- b) Platform Requirements: The content must be hosted on recognised platforms with robust age verification systems and content moderation (e.g., OnlyFans, Fansly, Patreon, etc.). Promoting links to private websites, file-sharing services, or resources without adequate moderation is strictly prohibited.
- c) Creator Verification: The User placing the Order must be the verified creator of the promoted content or their authorised representative. Upon our request, the User must provide proof of ownership of the Account on the target platform.
- d) Company's Right to Refuse: Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company reserves the absolute and sole right to refuse the promotion of any adult content without explaining the reason, even if it formally meets the listed conditions. The presence of a service in our list does not guarantee its provision for any specific case or User.
3. PROHIBITED ACTIONS AND PLATFORM ABUSE
3.1. Technical Abuse:
- Any attempts at vulnerability scanning, hacking, reverse-engineering, or breaching the security measures of our Service to gain unauthorised access to data or functionality.
- Creating an excessive or unreasonable load on our infrastructure (DDoS attacks, flooding, API spam requests beyond established limits) that could affect the stability of the Service for other users.
- Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) for account registration, mass order placement, or information gathering from the Site without our prior written permission.
- Distributing malware, viruses, or phishing links through any fields in the Service interface, including links in Orders or messages in the ticket system.
3.2. Account Abuse and Financial Violations:
- Using stolen, counterfeit, or fraudulently obtained payment details (credit cards, e-wallets).
- Abusing our Refund Policy by knowingly providing false information or manipulating order results.
- Initiating a fraudulent chargeback after receiving the Service. This action is regarded as a direct breach of the AUP and ToS, as well as a form of digital theft, and will result in the maximum retaliatory measures.
- Selling, transferring, leasing, or otherwise alienating your Account to third parties without our prior written consent, as this compromises security and data integrity.
- Breaching the Multiple Accounts Policy (Section 3.1 of the Terms of Service), including mass registration of accounts to abuse bonuses.
3.3. Violation of Third-Party Platform Rules:
- You acknowledge that many social networks and other online platforms have their own rules prohibiting the artificial manipulation of metrics. By using our Service, you acknowledge and assume full responsibility for complying with the rules of the platforms on which you place Orders. You are responsible for monitoring changes in the rules of these platforms independently.
3.4. Use of the Service for Competitive Analysis and Stress Testing.
- a) Nature of the Tools Provided: You acknowledge that the Service provides access to a wide range of tools that can affect the Metrics of pages and accounts on social networks. This includes not only services to increase positive indicators (likes, followers) but also tools that can be interpreted as negative signals (e.g., dislikes, complaints/reports).
- b) Permissible Purposes of Use: The Company provides access to such tools exclusively for the following legitimate and bona fide purposes:
- Stress Testing: Analysing the resilience of your own pages, channels, or accounts to negative signals and attacks.
- Academic and Research Purposes: Studying the reaction of social media algorithms to various types of signals on specially created test or research accounts not belonging to third parties.
- c) Strict Prohibition of Unfair Use: You are strictly and without exception prohibited from using the Service's tools to cause direct or indirect harm to third parties. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Unfair Competition: Mass sending of negative reactions (dislikes), complaints, or negative comments to the pages, videos, products, or services of your competitors to lower their ratings, penalising them in search results, or having their content removed.
- Targeted Harm: Using the Service to attack the accounts or pages of public figures, brands, organisations, or private individuals with whom you have no direct connection or permission to conduct testing.
- Manipulation of Public Opinion: Using negative signals to suppress discussions, topics, or opinions artificially.
- d) Your Sole Responsibility: By placing an Order for a service that can be used for malicious purposes (e.g., "YouTube Video Dislikes"), you automatically confirm and guarantee that you are using it exclusively for the permissible purposes described in section 3.4(b) and on resources that you own or for which you have explicit written permission to test. All legal and ethical responsibility for the use of these tools lies solely with you.
- e) Consequences of Breach: Any use of the Service's tools to attack third parties will be considered a critical breach of this Policy and the Terms of Service. This will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your Account, the irreversible forfeiture of all funds on your Balance, and, if necessary, the disclosure of information about your actions to the affected party or law enforcement authorities.
4. OUR RIGHTS AND ENFORCEMENT METHODS
4.1. Absolute Right to Determine Breaches. We reserve the absolute and sole right to determine what constitutes a breach of this Policy based on the data available to us. Our decision on this matter is final and not subject to appeal or external review, except where expressly provided for by applicable law.
4.2. Right to Monitor and Investigate. We may use automated and manual methods to monitor content and orders for breaches. This monitoring may be continuous, selective, or initiated in response to complaints or suspicious activity. We reserve the right to suspend your Account and all active orders during an internal investigation without prior notice. We are not obliged to disclose the details, methods, or results of our investigations.
4.3. Right to Enforce Measures. In the event of a breach, we may, at our sole discretion, apply any of the following measures, individually or in combination, depending on the severity of the breach:
- Level 1 (Minor Breach): Immediately reject or cancel any order associated with the breach.
- Level 2 (Repeat or Serious Breach): Issue a formal written warning.
- Level 3 (Substantial Breach): Temporarily or permanently suspend your account.
- Level 4 (Critical Breach): Permanently block access to the Service by IP address, payment instrument details, or other unique identifiers.
- Financial Consequences (applies to Levels 3 and 4): Irreversibly forfeit the entire remaining Cash and Bonus Balance in your Account as liquidated damages.
4.4. Right to Cooperate. We will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulators, payment systems, and affected third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, providing necessary information (including User data, IP logs, transaction history, and order content) for investigating crimes, preventing fraud, or disputing fraudulent transactions.
5. NO OBLIGATION FOR REFUNDS UPON BREACH
Any breach of this Policy that results in the temporary or permanent termination of an account constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Service. Such a breach automatically voids any of our obligations to refund funds held in the Balance, in accordance with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. These funds will be confiscated as liquidated damages to cover our administrative costs, reputational risks, investigation expenses, and potential fines from payment systems. This amount is not a penalty but a reasonable pre-estimate of the damage caused to the Company by the actions of the breaching party.
6. REPORTING BREACHES
If you discover content or actions that you believe breach this Policy, please report it to us immediately by email at: info-smmpanelus@tokensmm.org. To expedite the investigation, please provide as much detail and evidence as possible (links, screenshots, description of the breach).
7. CHANGES TO THE POLICY
We reserve the right to change or update this Policy at any time at our discretion. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update indicated. Your continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of the updated Policy.
